provide solutions to deal with individuals who
help noncustodial parents not pay child
The Custodial Support Foundation provides custodial parents with
investigative services to assist in
determining if a noncustodial parents is being
helped to not pay child support.
The Collection Program also provides
legal services to obtain an Enforcement Order
against individuals helping noncustodial
parents not pay child support.
Once the Child Support Enforcement Order is
obtained that includes the individuals as
defendants that helped the noncustodial
parents not pay child support, the assets of
the individuals and the noncustodial parents
can be levied, seized and liquidated.
